Gina knows waterfront real estate and all of its nuances intimately. She lived on one of Whistler's Glacier-fed lakes for many years, in a home she designed and built. Along with a local designer, engineer and project manager, Gina and her partner dreamed up their custom lake front home and were integrally involved in the permitting, planning and construction process. They sold it at the end of 2020.
